Security Consulting:

We assess client needs and provide a detailed plan to address security concerns.  These services include security planning, loss prevention, risk evaluation, and needs assessment to help you develop a security profile.

Background checks, Drug screening:

We offer comprehensive criminal background checks and drug screens. These tools can help you identify information that was left off their employment application.  Our tests are performed quickly and accurately by our experienced staff.

Security Guard and Patrol:

Access Control - PAP Security personnel maintain strict access control procedures and guidelines set forth in the post orders, and immediately attempt to detain individuals seeking unauthorized access, within the boundaries of the law. PAP Security officers routinely request to see identification for all visitors to client facilities and check employee badges for photographs and expiration dates to ensure their validity. The officers assigned to the sites are taught the procedure to control vehicle access to the facilities and perform vehicle inspections when directed by the post orders.

Monitor Activities  - The primary function of our security force is to observe and report any activities or situations that are unusual. The officers monitor the CCTV system as part of their responsibility to ensure the security of the facilities and its employees and visitors.

Roving Patrols  -  During the course of their patrols of the facilities, PAP Security officers inspect for unsafe and hazardous conditions, as well as other situations that may pose a threat to the safety and security of the facility and its occupants. The officers conduct these inspections as directed by the Post Orders and/or security officials and they inspect for adherence to facility rules and regulations.

Protect Equipment  -  As part of their daily duties, PAP Security officers safeguard equipment and facilities by closely observing individuals in the facilities and can conduct random searches of individuals and/or vehicles in accordance with post orders and procedures.

Incident Reporting  -  PAP Security officers and supervisors are trained to complete all necessary documentation promptly and in clearly written English. This aspect of job performance is so important to us that we spend a substantial amount of time in the pre-assignment training course on incident report writing. Incident reports are developed immediately following an incident, and they are reviewed by supervisors before they are submitted to client’s management. We maintain a computer-based incident reporting system to allow better tracking of security issues and enable our managers to quickly recognize trends.

Badge System  -  PAP Security is experienced in the design, preparation, issue, and control of permanent and temporary badges for all federal and contractor employees and visitors. Officers diplomatically enforce the guidelines set forth in the post orders, ensuring that unauthorized individuals so not gain access to the facilities.
