Financial Stability - PAP Security is an established firm with a solid financial position and $2 million insurance coverage to protect our clients and officers.  Our financial stability allows for the provision of all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to fulfill the security contract requirements.

Licenses & Certifications -  PAP Security maintains all applicable federal, state, and local licenses and certifications in every location where we do business. Our security personnel are properly licensed before they are assigned to our client’s facilities.

Management - Senior managers at PAP Security posses extensive experience managing federal, state and local government security operations at facilities across Texas. They are experienced in supervising key contract duties such as staffing, contract transition, training, scheduling, site management, reporting, quality control, budgeting, and controlling costs. Their emphasis on high level performance and strict quality control translate into responsive and effective security partnerships with a broad range of clients from all business sectors and the government.

Staffing -  To staff our client’s facilities, we use a unique system utilizing recruiting and training techniques developed over twenty years to provide 100% staffing to all armed and unarmed facilities. Mandatory background screening on all applicants includes investigations of an individual’s education, employment, military service, residences, and most importantly, whether they have a criminal record, including misdemeanors. Additional screening is performed on government contracts that require more in-depth background checks.

Training -  All PAP Security personnel receive 8 hours of pre-assignment training and 40 hours of weapons training before they are allowed on site. This training includes both classroom and firing range instruction. Bi-annual requalification training is also provided. The above training is our minimum requirement. We provide tailored security training for contracts, including 120-hour pre-assignment and 40-hour on-the-job training required for service at military installations. This training is conducted by certified instructors and includes a wide variety of topics. On-site, supervisory, on-going, and specialized training in accordance with contract requirements will also be provided.

Scheduling -  PAP Security uses a computerized scheduling system to prepare the weekly shift schedules. The schedule is transmitted to our corporate headquarters and is used to generate payroll and invoices. All posts are staffed and manning for additional service is arranged well in advance of the need.
