Who Are We Continued.... Security
Systems: PAP
Security officers are trained to record data, respond to alarms, and
operate equipment such as the intrusion/ fire alarm and CCTV systems. As
part of the monitoring duties, PAP Security officers check alarm and
CCTV monitoring systems daily. Our team can also periodically test
electronic security systems and equipment in accordance with applicable
requirements. Records: Records
that indicate compliance with contract requirements (e.g., reports,
staffing plans, procedures, personnel records, etc.) are maintained by
the program manager and kept in the facility security office. Copies of
incident reports are maintained in the security office. Re-certifications: All
employees are licensed in armed security operations before they are
assigned to a client site, and we maintain a database of these licenses
to ensure we notify the officers of all upcoming re-certifications well
in advance of expiration. Any officer who does not complete the
re-certification in advance of the expiration date is replaced and
cannot return until these items are completed. Corporate
Support: The corporate resources of PAP Security will be available to help fulfill these responsibilities as might be needed. These corporate resources include executive management, program management, financial management, contract administration, human resources, and other corporate infrastructure resources.
